This information is provided under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.

Purpose and use of the website

Blue Quest provides underwater exploration and consultancy services, including project documentation. It does not sell trips or dives. This website provides information and helps visitors prepare enquiries; it does not currently offer online contracting, bookings or payments.

Use of this website must comply with the law and respect the rights of others. Introducing malicious code, impersonating others or interfering with the website’s operation is not permitted.

Texts, photographs, trade marks, maps and other content may be protected by rights held by Blue Quest or their respective owners. Publication does not grant a licence to exploit them; any reuse must comply with applicable permissions, licences and legal exceptions.

Information about destinations, equipment and underwater environments is provided for general guidance. It does not replace training, risk assessment or professional dive planning. Sea conditions and wildlife sightings may vary.

To report an error, an incident or possible misuse of content, email info@bqexplore.com. External links lead to services with their own terms; these provisions do not exclude any liability or rights recognised by law.

Privacy and communications

Our privacy policy explains what data is processed, its purposes, retention, service providers and how to exercise your rights.

Sending an enquiry does not mean consenting to advertising. Newsletter subscriptions remain disabled while setup is completed. Once available, subscribing will be voluntary and messages will include a simple, free way to unsubscribe.

Cookie information

Cookies and similar technologies can store or access information on your device. The review on 11 September 2026 found no cookies or local or session storage data during normal browsing, opening the popup or selecting equipment.

The current version does not include advertising tracking or analytics, and serves fonts and images from this website. The external Brevo form is not loaded while subscriptions are disabled.

This version therefore does not display an optional-cookie consent panel. If technologies requiring consent are introduced, their purpose, provider and duration will be disclosed, with options to accept, reject or configure them before activation. Strictly necessary technologies are subject to different rules, as explained in the AEPD cookie guide.

You can view and delete website data in your browser’s privacy settings. External websites visited through our links may use their own cookies. This information will be reviewed when integrations change.

Contact and applicable law

For enquiries, complaints or difficulties accessing the website, email info@bqexplore.com or write to the website owner at the address above.

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting consumers and users. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law, without requiring consumers to waive their rights.
